Mark’s professional career began in the mid 90’s at Colliers Erdman Lewis, before moving to Dalgleish where he worked for 5 years. Then as a Director of niche London practice Rohleder Lumby, Mark was tasked with growing the retail agency side of the practice. As one of the founding partners set up Johnstone Hall in 2008, before opening the doors of Johnstone Property Consultants in July 2012.
Outside of JPC Mark enjoys the country life, living in rural Hertfordshire, with trips back to his native Scotland for some piscatorial battles.

Susanne joined JPC in 2017, focusing on Outlet Centre leasing and advising JPCs retained retail clients on their store acquisitions. Susanne has over 12 years of retail property experience, with over 5 years spent at McArthurGlen where she was involved in leasing across the Centre portfolio. Susanne has a real passion for retail and an in depth knowledge of retailers within the Outlet market in the UK and across Europe.
Susanne enjoys returning to her Danish home, as well as skiing with family and friends and lots of hygge!

Having graduated from Strathclyde University in 1997, Elaine began her career in financial services with Standard Life, subsequently moving to RBS Private Clients in 2001.
Elaine is the main point of contact for all non property related matters and client service requests.
Outside of business Elaine enjoys looking after her young family, country walks and dining out.

Mark has a wealth of experience spanning many years working across Europe dealing with all aspects of Shopping Centre Asset Management, Leasing and Development. He has worked at a number of large consultancy firms and as a consultant for a number of occupiers and investors. Most recently Mark worked as a Consultant for CWM Leasing the Icon Outlet Centre at the O2.
Mark is a keen cyclist and a member of the South Western Road Club and can be seen most weekends in the Surrey hills.
